What is Coaching

    Coaching is an interactive process that helps individuals in the coaching
    process free their creativity, find clarity in their goals and map out a plan to
    achieve them. The relationship between client and coach is designed to help
    empower the client to make positive choices, as well as improve their reality.

    The coach is a proactive partner in this relationship who guides the client
    forward in the planning and implementation of the individuals plan for excellence.

    You would never expect an athlete to reach the Olympic Games without a
    world-class coach. Why would you expect any less in your personal and
    professional life?

    Through weekly telephone sessions, I, the Coach, help people get clear
    about what they want for their lives and how to get there.

    During the Coaching Process I will:

  • Keep you clear and focused on your goals and direction
  • Create a safe place for you to explore options and try on new attitudes.
  • Listen and share my insights
  • Ask questions - I believe we all have the answers, however we sometimes
don’t know what questions to ask.
  • Acknowledge and support you in your wins and challenges.
  • Strategize your actions, so that you always know exactly what you need
week in and week out to achieve your goals.
  • Upgrade your skills, so that you can carry out your plan with confidence and
    certainty.
  • Optimize Your Environment, so that there are fewer distractions and so that
    achieving your goals becomes effortless.
  • Master Your Psychology, to overcome any fears, doubts, limiting beliefs, or
    insecurities that might be holding you back.
