| Confident Woman. Are you One? How many times have we caught ourselves looking at beautiful women, with “perfect” bodies, and wishing we were them or hating them for being so “perfect”? They seem so put together, so confident, so assertive, right? Wrong!!! Well, sometimes they are all what they seem, but most of the times their insides are not represented by the way they look. Do you often catch yourself thinking: “If only I were thinner, all my problems would disappear...”. Well, if you are having health problems due to excess weight, then it might help you to improve your health, but would that really solve ALL your problems?
